We have a new vacancy for a Commercial Insurance Account Handler in Birmingham to join an expanding and highly respected Insurance Brokerage in their continuous development and growth. We provide a professional service to our clients in order to maintain growth plans and offer a solid career path for those who want to succeed.
You will service a book of new and existing commercial insurance clients; ensuring that all quotes, queries, MTA and renewals are handled in a prompt and professional manner. Other duties will include liaising with Claims Brokers to ensure swift settlement of insured losses, checking policy documentation to ensure correct at all times. In addition, you may be required to attend client meetings. You will assist and carry out insurance administration and to provide day to day servicing and administration of Client’s Insurance programmes in a timely, technically accurate and cost effective manner.
Commercial account handling experience, specifically having dealt with Retail Packages, Property Owners, Commercial Combined, Shops, Fleet, HGV's and Liability classes of Insurance.
